We believe in a holistic approach to fitness that takes the time to thoroughly get to know who you are, what your typical day looks like, your experience with fitness, and where your physical starting point is.
MEET YOUR COACH
Caleb grew up in New Paris, IN. He played multiple sports as a child including basketball, football, and ran on the track team. His interest in both athletics, human health, and performance lead him to pursue his degree in Exercise Science at Ball State University.
Caleb believes that health and fitness are both lifelong journeys best pursued with a coach who understands the full picture of being human. His passion is to help you create lifelong behaviors to balance stress, manage energy, establish rhythm, and discover your purpose so that you can live a more fulfilled life.
Caleb set out to create a health and fitness coaching philosophy that would honor the individual. Victory launched in 2019 and has been helping people become their best ever since. Victory's unique method of coaching honors your individual needs, abilities, and limitations. Caleb coaches both remote and onsite clients at Victory. He lives with his wife Eden, and son Beckham.

"Changing my relationship around food and exercise has been a long process. I distinctly remember 4 years ago when my first nutritional goal with my coach at Victory was to limit my diet soda intake to just ONE soda a day. It sounds crazy but it was hard! Spending time in the gym was boring and my motivation to workout was usually based on guilt. I felt overwhelmed not knowing how to correctly challenge myself so I resorted to walking on the treadmill. Slowly, with the help of my coach, I began to care more about the food I was putting IN my body and how it was affecting my mood and energy rather than focusing on every calorie and its effectiveness in losing weight quickly. I began to feel confidence going into the gym because I had a plan specifically made for ME. My coach is constantly reminding me that “you didn’t get where you are overnight, and you can’t reach your goals overnight either”. It is not a quick fix. But it is so refreshing to know that the slow changes I make to my health are PERMANENT. Victory Strength has taught me to build HABITS and LIFESTYLES that STICK and actually make my life more fun!"
